The Wizard’s second ever Swill-Off was held at our June meeting. This year’s swill-off featured a double blind tasting of eight commercial “mega lagers”. Results and tasting notes are shown below. Very pale straw color, extremely clear, head retention is fair.
Carbonation is high. Some corn aroma no discernable hop or malt aromas
Bland, light and dry not much flavor.
The mouthfeel is thin
